We're located in Huescar, Granada, Andalucia, and are a Spanish business with English staff. So you get the best of both worlds.
Spanish Rural Properties is solely owned by Jesus Egea, who has lived in the area all his life. Since the age of 16, Jesus has been involved in the building and construction of traditional Spanish properties ranging from cortijos to cave houses.
The properties on this website range from Cave Homes to Apartments and Town Houses to Farm Houses; there is something for everyone. There are even properties to renovate as your own project, you may choose to work closely with experienced renovators or just hand over your plans with your ideas and let the renovators do the rest for you.

When reformed, each cave home is unique and individual: If you buy an un-reformed cave, a cave in its raw natural state, you can see your own visions develope into a home you have designed. If you choose to purchase a fully reformed cave you can usually put your own additional touches to the cave if required.
